Ingredients

For the Oatmeal:
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Optional Toppings:
  • Nuts, of any variety
  • gluten free prepared granola, or any granola
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • Honey
  • Splenda
  • Brown Sugar
  • Agave Syrup

Directions

  1. Mix oats, apple cider, and apple sauce in a large bowl.
  2. Microwave on 50% power for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove and top with preferred toppings. Enjoy!
