Ingredients

  • 1,5 cup spelt flour (Dry ingredients)
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup zucchini, shredded (Wet ingredients)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla aroma
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk
