Can't Stay Out of the Kitchen

 

Yorkshire Pudding cooks batter in beef drippings and then is served with a roast beef dinner. The batter puffs up while baking and flattens after being removed from the oven like a pancake. Traditional British fare that's delicious served with gravy!

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour ((bleached flour toughens baked goods) )
  • 3/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 3-4 tbsp. beef drippings (plus more, if desired)
