I love easy and fast recipes. This winter soup recipe will take you 20 minutes to prepare and about 6 minutes to cook, in case you use Vitamix. In case you don´t, I assume it will take you about 30 minutes in total.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 25 grams sliced almonds
  • 70 grams white mushrooms
  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 40 grams onion
  • 140 ml rice milk
  • 100 ml cream for cooking
  • 1 tbsp whole grain flour
  • 20 grams fresh parsley
  • 170 grams cooked chicken
  • 165 grams cooked rice
  • pinch salt & pepper
