Ingredients

  • 5 Sprays Olive Oil Fry-Light
  • 1 butternut squash (Peeled and chopped into chunks )
  • 1 Red Pepper (De-seeded and Chopped )
  • 1 One red onion chopped
  • 1/2 tin Chickpeas (drained )
  • 2 pints Vegetable stock

Directions

  1. First turn on your oven to 180°C or 350° F and prepare a Butternut Squash and a red pepper chopped into small pieces onto a baking tray....
