  • 1 pound ground turkey, i used 97% lean
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup green onion, diced plus additional for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice, not from concentrate
  • zest of one orange, large
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons tapioca starch
  • orange segments, from the orange you zested
  • sesame seeds
  • cauliflower rice, or cooked rice
