  • 4 nos bananas (long yellow ones)
  • 2/3 cup oil (olive or coconut oils)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (loosely packed)
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp cashewnuts
