Ingredients

  • 3 cup all-purpose flour ((350g))
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast ((5g))
  • 2 tsp corn starch ((10g))
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar ((80g))
  • 1 cup whole milk ((250ml))
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup black fungus ((soaked))
  • 1/2 cup chinese black mushrooms ((soaked))
  • 1/2 cup carrots ((diced))
  • 1/2 cup jicama ((diced))
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion ((diced))
  • 1/2 cup peas ((optional))
  • 1 cup tofu ((or vegetarian ground beef))
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 green onions
  • 1/2 tsp corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all the "Sauce Ingredients" until smooth. Set aside. Dice Chinese mushroom. Mince black fungus coarsely....
