  • 1 cup Basmati
  • 1 large Onion (peeled and diced)
  • 1 Bud garlic (cleaned and diced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Chili Powder (heaping or more to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • 2 Tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 can Black Eyed Peas
  • 1 1/2 cups Vegetable Broth (or water)
