Who doesn't like hot deep fried pakodas/chops during these chilling winter evenings. Today i will share with you the recipe of vegetable cutlet whose memory belongs to my hometown. it is mostly known as chop in Odisha and is a very good starter option for a vegetarian. Mainly 3 kind of veggies are used to make this chops ( Beetroot, Carrot & Potato). Its a very simple and delicious snack item So when you have surprise guest at your home do surprise them with these delicious vegetable cutlets/chops.

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Sized Beetroot ((Chopped))
  • 2 Medium Sized carrot ((Chopped))
  • 3 Medium Sized Potatoes ((Boiled))
  • 1 Medium Sized Onion ((Chopped))
  • 2 Small Green Chili ((Chopped))
  • 1 Tsp Ginger/garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Kasuri methi
  • 1 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Small Cuts
  • 1 Tbsp Peanuts
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Tsp Coriander leaves ((Chopped))
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil
  • Water (if you needed)
