  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chinese five spice
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 cups grated zucchini, lightly packed
  • 1 1/3 cups crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 5 tablespoons water
