- 1 tsp black pepper (crushed)
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt

- 2 tsp cooking oil
- 5 garlic clove
- Thai chili (thinly sliced)

- 1 drop red food coloring
