Vegan Croissants are great for breakfast or with soup for lunch. So many ways!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 sticks earth balance buttery sticks, cubed and chilled
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar, or other granulated sweetener
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
