Black gram rice from the grandmothers treasure house
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1/2 cup black gram (ulundu with skin)
- 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tbsp ghee / clarified butter
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 5 cups Water
- salt to taste
