So, the combination of almond milk and green tea is wonderful. Drinking combination of these 2 ingredients is a great way to lose weight and detoxify your body. What´s so special about this combination? Green tea, as mentioned above, is rich in antioxidants, minerals, flavenoids, etc. Almonds are rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins, fibers and antioxidants. How this combination goes well with each other? While almond milk helps to decrease the effects of caffeine from the tea, the green tea helps in digesting the almond milk.
