Ingredients

  • 6 oz Fine Oatmeal
  • 4 oz Demerara Sugar
  • 4 oz Porridge Oats
  • 4 oz Butter or Margarine
  • Filling:
  • 6-8 Rhubarb Stalks (cleaned and chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons Golden Caster Sugar
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp water
  • A carton of Low-fat custard - gluten free (Ambrosia is gluten free)
