Ingredients

  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1 Kiwi (peeled)
  • 1 Banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1/4 cup sprouted almonds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Kiwi (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 Banana (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (fresh or dehydrated)

Directions

  1. Blend smoothie ingredients. Pour smoothie base into a bowl and add desired toppings. Enjoy!
