Strawberry Smoothie with Cucumber and Mint

This refreshing smoothie is the perfect spring or summer treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Strawberries (frozen)
  • 1 Avocado (pitted and peeled)
  • 1/2 Cucumber (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 Banana
  • 6 Mint leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 6 Ice cubes

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
