Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Clams (Cockles or Littleneck clams)
  • .25 cup Shallots (Minced)
  • .25 cup Garlic (Minced)
  • .25 cup Green Onion (Chopped)
  • 1.5 cup White Wine
  • 1.5 cup Chicken Stock
  • 3 each Lemon (Cut in half and grilled)
  • 4 tbsp Butter (Diveded)
  • .25 bunch Parsley (Chopped)

  1. In a large sauce pot over medium heat, sauté the shallot, green onion and garlic with 2 tbsp of butter until softened, 3 to 5 minutes....
