Ingredients

  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1/4 cup water (or 50ml)
  • 180 grams margarine (or butter)
  • 3 large eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 2/3 cup fresh milk (or 15 ml)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 280 grams all-purpose flour (sieved)
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 10 grams custard powder
  • 24 silicone cupcake moulds
