Fabulous cornbread recipe that's sweet and moist. Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (bleached flour toughens baked goods)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp. molasses
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions
- Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into a greased 9x9” baking dish and bake at 425° for 20-25 minutes.
