Try this snick smoothie next time you find yourself reaching for the chocolate bars... it's really tasty and won't leave you feeling guilty afterwards!

Ingredients

  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (I use Whole Earth smooth)
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp full fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp brown linseeds
