Tri Tip Roast, smoked and reverse seared.

Ingredients

  • 1 2-1/4 to 3 lb Tri-tip Roast, trimmed
  • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Granulated Garlic
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper, freshly cracked, heavy grind (We only use "Tellicherry Pepper")
  • 2 tsp Olive, Canola, or Avocado Oil (Our oil is infused with garlic and rosemary)
