  • 6 pheasant legs
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 l chicken stock
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 200 g paella rice
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 1 red pepper (chopped)
  • 75 g chorizo (chopped into small chunks)
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 10 cherry tomatoes (chopped in to halves)
  • 2-3 handfuls peas
