There's nothing better than a good, hearty simple porridge recipe on a freezing cold day; it's cheap and nutritious too if you jazz it up a little!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes
  • lime rind
