Sesame Lime Asian Inspired Noodles

Quick, easy, healthy delicious. I always consider it a win when the kids ask for seconds, then ask if there are enough left-overs for school lunch the next day

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 large Carrot (or 2 small ones)
  • 1/2 package Rice Noodles (I use President's Choice Rice Stick)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger (minced)
  • 4 buds garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese 5 Spice
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • Zest of 1 Lime
  • 2 cups Bok Choy (roughly chopped)
  • 1 Chayote (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup Edamame
  • 1/4 cup Tamari (Gluten Free soy sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire (Gluten free )
  • Juice from 1 Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
