  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs (+ a little more for coating)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Mendocino Mustard with Seeds

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbls apple cider vinegar
  • 1 each juice & zest of 1 Meyer lemon
  • 1 to taste EVVO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
  • 1 to taste Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 as needed Canola oil for frying
  • 1 to taste Toasted Coconut for garnish
