Roasted Herb Corn

Can't Stay Out of the Kitchen

 

Quick, easy and tasty recipe for corn-on-the-cob. Great side dish for any entree.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 3/4 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 ears corn

Directions

  1. Mix butter and seasonings. Spread evenly over corn. Wrap tightly in foil. Bake at 400° for 30-35 minutes, turning over once during baking.
