Roasted Chickpeas are the ultimate healthy snack. Drizzle with olive oil and a little spice and slowly roast for crunchy, nutritious alternatives to crisps.

  • 1 tin soaked chickpeas
  • 1 tsp himilayan or sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp mixed indian spices or paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
