  • 1 lb Ground sirloin
  • 1/2 lb Ground Pork
  • 1/2 lb ground veal
  • 6 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup plain breadcrumbs (like Cento )
  • 1 cup basic tomato sauce (divided)
  • 1/2 small yellow onion ( grated)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese ( grated)
  • Few dashes of Worcestershire
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
