This rice bowl recipe calls for shrimp and broccol. It's quick, easy and oh so nutritious.

Ingredients

  • 4 cup cookeds white rice
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped
  • 1 pound jumbo raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 green onions, chopped
