A cheesecake layer makes these heavenly brownies irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Land O’ Lakes unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 3 1/2 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (bleached flour toughens baked goods)
  • 1 bag miniature Reese’s milk chocolate peanut butter cups (quartered)
  • 2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
