- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp salt (preferably himilayan)
- 175 ml warm water
- 300 g plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
