Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, non-fat
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl mix together all ingredients. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
