Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour ((bleached flour toughens baked goods) )
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa
