Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Fat free plain greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp ginger

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients and enjoy! You can add an optional extra sprinkle of cinnamon to the top.
