A simple to make Protein Pancake from Joe Wick's 90 Day Shift

Ingredients

  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 scoop whey protein (approx 30g powder - 24g protein)
  • 2 tbsp greek yoghurt (0% fat)
  • 50 g Blueberries (raspberries or strawberries can be swapped in)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
