  • 1 whole-flour pitta
  • 3 rashes smokey streaked bacon
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • pinch chilli flakes
  • olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
  • sprg chopped fresh coriander
