Ingredients

  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 300 g red tomatoes (if not fresh and tasty, use 1 can whole peeled tomatoes)
  • 1 white onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup wine (white but red goes well too)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
