Pineapple Bars with Coconut Drizzle

Luscious dessert bars have a crust layer, topped with a pineapple layer and streusel topping, then glazed with a coconut drizzle. Taste like pina colada bars!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups UNBLEACHED all-purpose flour (bleached flour toughens baked goods)
  • 1 1/2 sticks cold butter
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 5 tbsp. heavy whipping cream or half-and-half
