Pickled Vegetables

Like with the fermented vegetables, pickled vegetables are really easy to make and can be adding to pretty much any dish to add a little zing!

Ingredients

  • 500 ml white wine vinegar
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 500 g carrots (shaved)

Directions
