Peanut Butter and Jelly Muffins are bursting with the peanut butter and jelly taste we all know and love. Just plain perfect!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, plus 3 tablespoons
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
