Baked pasta with bolognese style meat sauce, ricotta,mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta (Penne, ziti, orecchiette )
  • 1 Batch Meat Sauce (RECIPE LINK BELOW )
  • 8 oz ricotta cheese (whole milk )
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese (sliced 1/8" thick )
  • 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (+extra if needed )

Directions

  1. Prepare 1 batch of Bolognese Style Meat Sauce. Under cook 1 lb of pasta (like penne or ziti). Drain and return to the pot. Mix together...
