Parmesan crusted salmon with lemon cream sauce is an amazing keto low carb recipe that is sure to impress. It's easy, healthy and amazingly delicious.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces salmon
  • 1/4 cup parmesano reggiano (grated)
  • 1/4 cup pork rinds (crushed)
  • 1/8 cup parsley (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)
  • digon mustard (enough to cover the top of the salmon with a light coating)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp shallot (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp dry white wine
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
