- 4 Pieces Thin Boneless Chicken Breast (1/4" to 1/2" thick )
- Canola Oil Spray
- 2 Tblsp garlic powder
- 2 Tblsp paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pinch black peper
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (Organic Preferred )
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Organic Preferred )
- 1 Tbslp. Woodstock Organic Stone Ground Mustard
