Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Pork Loin Chops
  • 1 C Panko
  • 1 Tb Go-Chu-Ka-Ru
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 C Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tb Sesame Oil
  • 2 Green Onions (sliced on the diagonal)
  • 1 C Calrose Rice
  • 1.5 C Chicken Stock
  • 1 Tb Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tb Butter
  • 1/2 Fresno Pepper (diced small)
  • 2 Mango (diced)
  • 1 13.5 oz Canned Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 C Mango Nectar
  • 1/2 Fresno Pepper (diced small)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 20 Shishito Peppers (Stemmed and cut bite-size)
  • 1 Tb Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tb Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tb Mirin
  • 1/4 tsp Go-Chu-Ka-Ru
  • 1/4 tsp Light Brown Sugar
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
