Palak Puri is a very easy & simple recipe. Spinach/palak puri is made by mixing wheat flour with pureed spinach and other spices. I have used sesame seeds because I love its flavour. Spinach is rich in iron and also good for skin. If you have less time to cook & wants to eat some delicious food than this a best recipe for you. You can serve palak puri with mango pickle or raita. Kids will love it as the colour of the puri is green and is a perfect dish for their lunch.

Ingredients

  • 100 gm Spniach (Palak)
  • 1 cup Wheat flour (Atta)
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 3 Garlic (Optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1/2 Salt
  • 2 tsp Oil (for dough)
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1/4 cup Water (if you needed)
