Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 4 onions diced
  • 2 turnips chopped
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 liter Water
  • 2 cloves garlic divided
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1 pinch fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch pepper to taste
