I love breakfast during the weekends! You can spend a little bit more time for cooking delicious breakfast meals. One of them is pancakes! I love experimenting with pancakes. This time I prepared for you easy oatmeal pancakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats (blended up)
  • 1/2 cup skim milk (lactose-free)
  • 1 banana (smashed)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (for frying the pancakes)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (frozen, for the sauce)
  • 1/4 cup skim milk (lactose-free, for the sauce)
