A nutritious snack or breakfast bar that whips up quickly!
- 2 c raw peanut butter
- 1 c coconut oil
- 1 c raw honey
- 1 tsp vanillla
- 4.5 c old fashioned oats
- 2 c unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c chocolate chips ((we love Lily's stevia sweetened chips))
- 1 Tb collagen
- 1/2 c nuts or seeds (we love sunflower or pumpkin)
- In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) - oats, coconut, salt and any optional ingredients and set aside....
